Aims and Scope:

Aurobindo College Journal of Research and Studies (ACJRS) is annual double blind peer-reviewed journal devoted to publication of research articles in all areas of commerce and management. The objective of this journal is to publish information and perspectives of scholars and practitioners regarding business systems, management practices and organizational performance. Articles dealing in emerging areas of commerce and management are invited. It provides a forum for exchange of ideas and techniques among scholars, professionals and practitioners of commercial and managerial practices. The journal intends to serve the interests of academicians,professionals, and business and corporate executives.
