NSS, Sri Aurobindo College, under the aegis of Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation has organized an 'Essay Writing Competition' to mark the occasion of Teacher's Day on 5th September, 2017, under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Rajiv Aggarwal (Convener), Dr. Neetu Dwivedi and Kalpita Sonowal (Co-conveners). The topic of the competition was "Mai Swachhta Ke Liye Kya Karuga/Karungi or What Will I Do For Cleanliness?"

The honorable Prime Minister has given the clarion call to achieve a New India by 2022 under "Salkalp se Siddhi". In pursuit of this vision, the Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation has invited entries for essay writing competition through Directorate of NSS.

The college NSS volunteers have participated in large numbers and enthusiasm. The best entries would be uploaded on the ministry's website and the winners will be awarded at National, State and District levels by the same.
