The Department of Commerce, Sri Aurobindo College organized a one day event on 3rd September 2016. The Chief guests for the occasion were Mr. Ishwar Singh, DCP(South) and Ms. Nupur Mahajan, Additional DCP (South). The Chief Guests in their speech addressed to the students, highlighting the importance of maintaining discipline and sanctity of the campus with a special emphasis on saying no to drugs, violence and eve-teasing. The Principal of the college, Dr. Vipin Kumar Aggarwal welcomed the first year students to the college and promised to provide them with all the necessary facilities for the overall development of the students. After that there was a special lecture on "HOPE for Success" conducted by Mr. Sandeep Ray. The session was indeed enriching and motivational for the students. The lecture was followed by various activities and competitions for students including a contest for Mr. Fresher and Ms. Fresher. The program was thoroughly enjoyed by the students.
